During my tenure as an IAS Officer in Government of West Bengal, I started preparing my own children at home for UPSC and WBCS exams with some specific strategies and techniques that eased the whole syllabus.
My method of coaching, the way I organized notes and my time management technique helped them to conquer the battle and as a result, my elder son cracked UPSC with AIR 30 and other two children also cracked WBCS exam simultaneously. My all three children are now settled with their dream jobs.
The success in my own family encouraged me to cater the same coaching method, same techniques and strategies that I designed to other aspirants also and help to all those serious young graduates who are working very hard but somehow missing attempts because of wrong strategy and techniques.
